About the Project
LA Mission College CMS Building includes 16 classrooms and 11 laboratories, an auditorium, departmental offices, Student Lounge and Faculty Lounge. A 44,000 SF, 408-space, pervious paving parking lot is covered by Photovoltaic Panels. Site development included an outdoor Amphitheater and plaza that connects the new building to existing campus buildings. Vega Series chain actuators are used on awning windows for natural ventilation.
