Located on the beautiful Monterey Bay coast, this building takes advantage of its premier location by cooling through automated windows that are controlled and monitored by the building management system (BACnet/IP). A variety of sensors throughout the 4 story building prompt the windows to open or close and allow visitors from around the world to experience marine life in ideal indoor conditions.
