These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute the complete and final agreement and understanding between purchaser (“Buyer”) and Automated Fenestration Inc., a California corporation (“Seller”, or “AFI”). Seller’s acceptance of any order is expressly conditioned upon Buyer’s agreement to the Terms. Seller retains the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any such modification shall be effective for all Buyers when adopted by Seller and published at www.automatedfenestration.com.

  • Data Protection Notice

    Automated Fenestration Inc. collects and processes information in compliance with our obligations under applicable data protection law. This notice explains what personal data relating to you is collected, the purposes for which it is used, the third parties to whom it may be disclosed and how you can exercise your rights in relation to your personal data.

    The types of personal data relating to you that we collect and process may include:

    Account Information. Name, title, company name, job role and contact details, including your address, email address and contact numbers. Information which you enter in any of our application forms which you complete for the purpose of entering into a contract with us.

    Payment information (credit cards) is not retained unless you opt-in.

    Customer Interaction. We gather information which is observed from any interactions you have made with our marketing emails or website, including forms and surveys you have completed, and information that is inferred.

    Retention. We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary in order to provide the best possible service or to comply with legal, regulatory or internal policy requirements and, if relevant, to deal with any future claims.
