    Automated Fenestration Inc. collects and processes information in compliance with our obligations under applicable data protection law.     The types of personal data relating to you that we collect and process may include:

    Account Information. Name, title, company name, job role and contact details, including your address, email address and contact numbers. Information which you enter in any of our application forms which you complete for the purpose of entering into a contract with us.

    Payment information (credit cards) is not retained unless you opt-in.

    Customer Interaction. We gather information which is observed from any interactions you have made with our marketing emails or website, including forms and surveys you have completed, and information that is inferred.

    Retention. We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary in order to provide the best possible service or to comply with legal, regulatory or internal policy requirements and, if relevant, to deal with any future claims.
